Multiple Errors In The 'PREDICT' Tables When Upgrading the 'WHODrug' Dictionary. (Doc ID 3064588.1)

Symptoms

1)
Unable to successfully upgrade the 'WHODrug' Dictionary (the September 2024 update was being applied).


2)
This worked fine on a different server but not on this one.


3)
It was determined Activation (in TRANSFER mode) has returned multiple errors in the 'PREDICT' tables:

TMS_PREDICT_CONTENTS table contains multiple occurrences of errors like the below:

TMS_PREDICT_RELATIONS table contains multiple occurrences of errors like the below:

 

4)
An unusual amount of PREDICT DML data (Inserts / Updates / Deletes) had been created for this quarterly WHODrug dictionary update i.e.
