Developer Center Is Not Opening after Installing (Doc ID 3064807.1)

Goal

After installing Billing and Revenue Management thick client, when trying to open Developer Center it is throwing the following error:

  "could not find the main class: com.portal.bmf.BMFApp. Program will exit."
