When doing an initial installation of Rules Palette on TomEE Plume 8.0.1 an error is being received when deploying a CXF webservice during application start up.


EXPECTED: The Rules Palette application will start up without error and that is able to connect the Oracle Upgrade Utility to the Rules Palette application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: When starting TomEE web server, the application starts loading and then the error is kicked out.
