Symptoms
Description
========
OIPA does not offer users control over who has the ability to delete segments via security. At this time you can not restrict ‘segment delete’ to just users with System Admin rights.
Expected Behavior
=============
The ability to delete a segment is controlled via security group.
Steps to Reproduce
=============
1. In OIPA, display segments on a policy and notice the trashcan icon on the far right.
2. Clicking on the traschcan icon deletes the segment.
3. In OIRP, notice there is no way to set security for this item.
