Symptoms

Step to reproduce : 

Step 1 : Execute Batch : CS_Data_Load_Event_Generation

Step 2 : Check if below error is encountered : 

Issue Encountered : 

While running CS batch in DR environment, and it got failed at task 2 which is CallEDQ

Database connection issue has been observed.

Error during snapshot execution: Error executing Snapshot: Could not connect to database: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection (Code: 2,010). (Code: 203,074)
