On : 12.0.0.4.20 version, Rating business logic


After upgrade to IP20, observing the following error in ece.log

After upgrading to IP20 getting the following error message in ecs log.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upgraded to IP20
Enabled the diameter rating
