Spawning Activity MultiField with Combo fields did not copy OptionText and OptionTextFlag.
There could be multiple Credit Card/Debit Card payments to a policy or application and when not taken, the UnIssue activity could spawn one activity ‘Disbursement EFT-B&P’ and refund the money to credit/debit cards.
Disbursement EFT-B&P activity is having multi field configuration to keep track of refunding multiple CC/DC payments.
When Disbursement EFT-B&P activity is spawned from Not Taken activity, it is not populating OptionTextFlag and OptionText for multifields.

Expected Behavior
=============
Multifield needs to have Option Text Flag and Option Text when it is spawned.
