Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 15.0.1.0.0 version,
./query.sh -P option is not retrieving any ECE persistence Database (DB) table details . It throws the below Error while querying the persistence DB Table
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On ECE :ECE 15.0.1.0.0 version, using query.sh, query the count in Persistent DB Table Customer as below:
./query.sh -P 'select count(*) from Customer;'
2. Check if it throws the above Error
