ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observing long running sessions on “rel_event_extract_sync_t” table while Rated Event Loader loading Rated Events. Each wait is going for 100+ seconds on average

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

REL should load the rated events without taking much time.
