Temporary Credit Limit Not Getting Synced To ECE (Doc ID 3065211.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) integrated with Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12.0.0.7.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creation of Temporary Credit Limit (TCL), BRM publishing the TCL details to ECE via notifications and the notification details are also present in eai_js logs, but the TCL is not getting synced and reflecting in ECE cache.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
---------------------------
Here the Temporary Credit Limit should be be synced to ECE so that after billing, if customer's Credit Limit is breached, then he will have the TCL raised so service is not disrupted.

STEPS:
------------------
1. Create a Customer account with a Currency balance.
2. Set the Temporary CREDIT_LIMIT using "the below sample flist by calling "pcm_op_bill_set_limit_and_cr" opcode. 0 PIN_FLD_POID POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /account 20433854 0

3. Check if the Temporary CREDIT_LIMIT is synced to ECE.
