ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If the ClientRoleScreen has been configured to display data stored in PlanFields and one of the Policies which should appear in the Screen belongs to a Plan which is no longer marketed,
then the Policy will not appear on the ClientRoleScreen even though it is still an active Policy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All active Policies should be shown on the Context Roles tab for a Client, even if thePplan they belong to is no longer being actively marketed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure a Plan to have at least one Plan Field.
2. Configure the ClientRoleScreen to display that Plan Field.
3. Set the Plan's EffectiveTo Date to a Date prior to the current system Date.
4. Navigate to the Context Roles Screen for a Client which has a Role on a Policy which belongs to the Plan.
5. Observe that the Policy does not appear on the Context Roles table.
