ATP Inquiry Is Not Displaying Constraint Message in the ATP Pegging Details When Request Date Is Equal To The Manufacturing Lead Time (Doc ID 3065615.1)

Symptoms

In Order Management / Scheduling / ATP Inquiry - enter org, item name, request date and then click ATP Details

ATP message returned -"Cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date”
BUT - it is not providing constraint message in the pegging region when the request date = item lead time
-- > It shows 1 day late in Lines region

IF the request date is moved earlier e.g. Lines shows 2 days late and then the pegging shows the - this example is Make item so message is 'Manufacturing Lead Time Constraint Date (dd-mon-yyyy)'
