ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following an upgrade from OIPA v10 to v11.3.1.21, the users have encountered 2 issues:
1. Policy Values Screen does not display the Fund Details on a Policy which has the Policy Status of Surrendered.
2. Policy Values Screen does not display the Valuation Dates prior to Death Claim.
However environments that were upgrade to v11.2.7.0.2 and v11.2.10.2 do not exhibit these 2 behavior.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Locate a Policy which is not yet surrendered.
3. Add a Surrender Activity / Or Death Claim Payment Activity.
