pin_cycle_fees Does Not Support File Option in BRM 15.1 (Doc ID 3065746.1)

Referring to below documentation, it states that pin_cycle_fees supports '-file filename.xml' and '-f filename.txt' options

However, when these options are tested we observe these not being used in the MTA search

pin_cycle_fees -regular_cycle_fees -file abc.xml
pin_cycle_fees -regular_cycle_fees -f xyz.in
