Symptoms
RWMS is sending adjusts with zero weight when creates new containers for catch weight items
Steps:
1. Create a new container in INV_EDIT_BY_CONTAINER screen without weight.
2. Aggregate a new catch weight item to the container and introduce the weight.
3. Check the inv_adjustment_to_upload_his table and check the weight that is 0.
