Symptoms
On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, Web Workspace
DMS Services are slow starting which appears to be related to the publisher services. When starting DMS related services it takes more than 25 minutes before these services are ready.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Services should be starting in a consistent amount of time regardless of the publisher services.
