'502 Proxy Error' Or '504 Gateway Timeout Error' While Trying To Close Quality Hold Objects (Doc ID 3065914.1)

Symptoms

Receiving error while trying to close very large Quality Hold objects.


"502 proxy error:
The Proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The Proxy server could not handle the request POST/Agile/PCMServlet"

OR

"504 Gateway Timeout error."



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Web Client - http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Go to a Quality Hold object with more than 4K+ Affected items.
3. Move the object to Closed status.
4. The operation takes a long time with cursor spinning for a long while.
5. Finally fails with throws 502 or 504 Error.
