In Primavera P6 Professional "Export Format" Dialog, All Version Drop Down Lists Are Empty (Doc ID 3065976.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export an XER file in P6 Professional, no versions listed in the drop-down box and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: "An application event has been intercepted. Please note the event code for reference.
Event Code: AVAA0-0068-5

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a project in P6 Professional.
  2. Click on File > Export > select XER.
  3. Notice there are no versions available to select from the drop-down box.
  4. Click "Next" results in the Application Exception.
