Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account details should be added to dialer file for SaaS use.

Account detail fields (Customer Name, Account Due amount, payment amount, Last activity date, balance, days past due, company, branch, state, etc.) should be added to dialer interface file for use by external dialer process/system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Requested additional columns to be included under dialer file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Requested below additional columns to be included under dialer file.

Customer Name, Account Due amount, payment amount, Last activity date, balance, days past due, company, branch, state, etc.

Due to this issue, Bank unable to include customer details under dialer file
