Argus J Codelists Not Visible In Console

Symptoms
Following issues were reported -
1. "Argus J" option not visible under the "Code Lists" dropdown.
2. While trying to use the "J data" entry button for product/study configuration, users are seeing the following error - "The requested page could not be found"
Note - Argus J module has been enabled under Argus Console>System Configuration>Enabled Modules. Messagecache was cleared as well
