Region Created In RMS Is Not Visible To Users (Doc ID 3067009.1)

Symptoms

User has created new Region in org hierarchy in RMS, however the region it is not visible to him or other users.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login to RMS.
2. Go to Control> System> System Variables> Security.
3. Enable the Data Level Security.
4. Go to Control> System> Location/ Product Security> Group> Edit> Security Group Maintenance.
5. Add a new security group.
6. Go to Control> System> Regionality> Regionality Matrix> Edit.
7. Add rationality privileges to the newly created group.
8. Go to Control> System> Location/ Product Security> Group Hierarchy Link>Edit.
9. Filter Organization Hierarchy access information for the newly created Security Group.
10. Go to Control> System> Location/ Product Security> User/ Group Link>Edit.
11. Link the security group to the role that will be used for testing.
12. Logout and re-enter the application with the test user.
13. Go to Organizational Hierarchy> Region> New.
14. Add a new Area/ Region.
15. After clicking OK, notice that the new Area is not displayed in the list.
16. Search for the newly created Area and notice the error: "Due to your security group associations, you do not have access to Area 1002".
