ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Average cost set to zero on items with Item that has zero inventory in ITEM_LOC_SOH, and count file has a positive physical quantity.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item that has zero inventory in ITEM_LOC_SOH
2. Adjust the stock_on_hand for the item to positive
3. Create a stock account
4. start the batch execution
5. Batch execution in the order of refreshmview.ksh, refeodinventory.ksh, stkxpld, stockcountupload.ksh,dtesys(makde vdate the same as stocktake date)
6. Now item-loc SOH becomes zero via Sale transaction etc before next run of refeodinventory batch, change the soh from positive to 0 - manual update done for this test
7. Execute refeodinventory, stkupd and stockcountupload.ksh
8. Create an adjustment
9. Run stkvar
10. The average cost has been updated to 0
