Symptoms

When attempting to connect to P6 Web Services, the following error occurs.

ERROR

javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Unable to create message factory for SOAP: Provider com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.soap.ver1_1.SOAPMessageFactory1_1Impl not found

The error will appear in the P6 Web Services WebLogic logs. The P6 Web Services endpoints will be unavailable.
