Symptoms
Customer performs a SMS usage. From the implementation perspective the customer will be charged in Euros that is a currency resource and there is a counter which tracks the euro charged on daily and monthly basis.
We can see the daily tracker is working as expected but the monthly tracker is updating incorrectly in ECE. Since it was only a single SMS for the customer for this month both daily and monthly tracker with code (ABCDEFGH) is getting updated incorrectly, but while in BRM the event bal impacts seems to be correct. For this scenario we have non-linear rating disabled at product level config.
