ECM 8125-User Must Be Able To Identify All Customer-account Relationships (Doc ID 3067524.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 20, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case Management - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This is related to Associated customer tab under Account Entity tab.
Ideally, user must be able to identify all customer-account relationships without having to pull from individual source systems to add manually.(i.e. Relationships connected to focal customer profile i.e., joint account holders, authorized users, business relationships (i.e., authority to trade, authority to withdraw funds, power of attorney), any guarantors/guarantees, settlers, trustees).

But currently, the system behavior is as below:
An account in the Accounts tab is correctly showing as a joint account however, when attempting to view the owners under the Associated Customer tab, the joint account holder information was missing.
For one account, we have 2 customers, where one customer is not linked to case level, so that customer was ruled out when displaying under Associated customer tab.
After we manually add that customer to case level, we are able to see under Associated Customer tab.
However, the expected result would be to have all account holders listed on the Associated Customer tab without having to add them to the case.

So system is inconsistent between system generate cases vs. manually created cases.
