CustomerUpdater Not Able To Load All Accounts In ECE Cache (Doc ID 3067615.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.1.0 version,

CustomerUpdater is not able to load all Accounts in ECE cache. It is observed that only 1 Work Id (Work Id - 0 Fetch index - 5) Completes with successful while other 4 failed with the below Error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On ECE 12.0.0.1.0 Version, do ECE startup
2. Check if the CustomerUpdater is throwing the above Error during CustomerLoad
