Symptoms

When attempting to migrate a SQL Server 2019 Database to Oracle 19c, the migration fails with the following error:

ERROR

Error in Run SQL Script orpm_admuser.sql : DatabaseToolException (ORA-02298: cannot validate (ADMUSER1.FK_ACTVTYPE_PROJECT) - parent keys not found).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Run migrate.bat / .sh to migrate the database from SQL Server to Oracle Database.

2. Observe the migration fails on step "Create remaining database objects" with the reported error.
