Unable to Set purchased_start_t for the Account’s Purchased_product (Doc ID 3068357.1)

Goal

Set purchased_start_t to the purchased_product object.

Test Scenario:

  1. Create Account on Dec 23rd 2024.
  2. Purchase an active one-time or usage product for the account on December 23, 2024.
  3. Then calling PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO to set purchased_start_t to 25th Dec 2024 on 25th Dec 2024. Getting error when setting purchased_start_t.

 


Requirement: Allow the purchase_start_t to be set to a different date.

If a usage product is purchased on December 23rd with a purchased_start_t of December 23rd and no charges are applied or usage events generated to it until December 25th following purchase, the purchased_start_t should be able to be adjusted.
