Purpose

When one has upgraded from Pricing Design Center 11.1 Patch Set 9 to any higher version and if the system has 'Item Type Selector' data where 'applicableToAllBalImpact' is true and rule is based on 'CHARGING_RESULT_SPEC' then it is necessary to correct the data to continue using the existing 'Item Type Selector' data.
