Below are the steps to reproduce this issue

1. create a postpaid subscriber with MSISDN=27181082104;
2. change the state of the postpaid subscriber to SWITCH_OFF;
3. create a prepaid subscriber with the same MSISDN=27181082104;
4. ported out the prepaid subscriber -> state is changed to PORT_OUT;
5. activate the postpaid subscriber;
6. modify the MSISDN for the postpaid subscriber to be the same MSISDN as for prepaid subscriber(=27181082104);
7. run usage for the postpaid subscriber ---> in ecs logs you will see the error: PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND
