Customer noticed missing usage events and balance mismatch between Billing and Revenue Manger system (BRM) and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE).

During the analysis, the below TRANSIENT_ERROR was found out during Load/Update in Rated Event Formatter logs (REF) only in secondary site.
