ReSA | Store Day Summary Screen Accessibility During Sales Load Batch Run (Doc ID 3068771.1)

Goal


SAIMPTLOGI batch is being failed with below error STOREDAY_LOCK_FAILED when any of the users are accessing "Store Day Summary" screen during the batch run. This is the expected behavior to ensure there won't be any overlap in the changes being done by user and also batch at the same time for particular store and business day.

Users are assigned "Finance Manager" role for ReSA usage.

Please let us know if there is any alternate way that user can still open "Store Day Summary" in view mode while batch is progressing.
