PFT 8.1.2.0 .0 Static Table Driver Does Not Save Coefficient

Symptoms
On PFT 8.1.2.0.0 version, you are facing issue in the Static Table Driver while using the coefficient upload functionality.
The Excel you are trying to upload contains approximately 120000 rows.
Once the upload is done and while clicking on Save / Apply, you have came across two issues:
1) Sometimes it shows only the first 2000 rows that were present in Excel, with no value in coefficient field.
2) After clicking on Save / Apply, it takes more than 1 hour but the changes are yet not applied.
pftapp.log shows below error:

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to Rule Specification > Static Table Driver
2. Click Add to create new definition.
3. Select Leaf and Product, then click on Coefficient
4. In the Coefficient window, select Import and Upload File.
5. Coefficient is not saved.
