Goal

OOTB calendar support for task jeopardy in OSM 7.4.1

We have a requirement in OSM 7.4.0 where Joepardy should be triggered at task level with below conditions met
1. Must be raised during the office hours
2. Must be raised during the weekdays
3. Should not be triggered during the national holidays

As per our requirement, Jeopardy should not be initiated at all, if any of the conditions above is not satisfied. Customer also doesn't want to see notifications pilling up in the Notification tab of OSM task client.

Need your support to find if these requirements can be handled with OSM OOTB features.
