On : 8.1.2 version, Unified Metadata Manager_OFSS
Unable to use a newly created hierarchy in any Rule
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upon creating new hierarchy(s) and using it in Rule and when trying to validate syntax, application throws a syntax error message in the UI.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Query should be properly framed and use then should be able to create/save a rule.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new hierarchies and use it in a new rule

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the rule.
