One Specific User Not Able to See Bookmarks No Response After Clicking Expand

Symptoms
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client as problem facing user.
3. Go to bookmarks.
4. Try to expand bookmarks
User is able to make changes in Bookmarks and save it. But can't access it, because it's not expanding. Upon clicking expand all button, it doesn't give any response.
