When Generating a Bluebeam Session for Large PDF Documents of Size 250 MB or More, There Is Indication That It Is Processing but It Never Completes (Doc ID 3069320.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When generating a Bluebeam session for large PDF documents of size 250 MB or more, there is an indication that it is processing but it never completes.

The Add file dialog while creating a Bluebeam session in a Business Process record keeps spinning and does not display the file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Bluebeam session should be created successfully for large PDF files of size 250 MB or more.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the desired Project > Tasks > Open a Business Process record with attachments > Select the pdf of size 250MB with most pages with images > Click More Actions (top right of the Business Process record) > Review > Bluebeam Studio Session Review.
  3. The Create Bluebeam Studio Session window opens > Enter the details for Session Name; To; +Add Files > Observe that there is an indication that it is processing but the file never loads.
