Goal

Tier Point Calculation Issues in a few selected accounts

Tier Point Calculation is Driven by UDF calculation.

Configured the set up UDF17 Num as Tier Points and the formula to calculate this field is: $ASE_TIER_POINTS + $ASE_PNT_BONUS + ACC_UDF20_NUM

ACC_UDF20_NUM is set as $ASE_PNT_VOI. However, this UDF has selection criteria = LIMITED_EDITION_TIER condition on the account. So, its 0 for the accounts reported.

However, we see that this is not being followed on a few selected accounts.
