Symptoms


Schedule Orders program failed with the following error:

The Requested Item Or One Of Its Components Is Not Collected

Order Management(OM) debug log file shows following error message:

LOADING ATP RECORD

ERROR CODE : 85
3. ERROR CODE : 85

3. IDENTIFIER : 25479352
3. ITEM : 3121586

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Responsibility : Oracle Order Management
2. Navigation: Enter order > Book
3. Enter schedule field info > > schedule
4. Scheduling fails

 Trying to configure ATP Based On Collected Data in a new instance for the 1st time.
