ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When two-legged transfer is over received, both Tran code 30 and Tran code 63 were created for receiving location but AV_COST is recalculated only with Tran code 30 cost. Tran code 63 is not included in WAC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When two-legged transfer is over received, both Tran code 30 and Tran code 63 were created for receiving location but AV_COST is recalculated only with Tran code 30 cost. Tran code 63 should be included in WAC.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a 2 leg transfer, type Manual Requisition, from a Warehouse to your external finisher then back to the warehouse.
2. Add a work order to your transfer containing an activity with cost type =Update Inventory Cost.
3. Submit and approve the transfer.
4. Ship First Leg Transfer
5. Receive Second Leg Transfer
6. Over Receive Second Leg Transfer.
7.Notice that WAC does not include tran_code 63 cost.
