Where to set user session timeout for Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator Workbench

Presently setting up OUTA 7.0.0.1.0 for use with CCB 2.9.0.1.1. The project team would like to extend the session timeout setting for a given user id.
Searched through the product documentation, My Oracle Support and conducted a global search of the product sub-directories but cannot find where to set the value.
