Failure Mode List Disabled List Value Is Not Displaying in Affected Items (Doc ID 3070622.1)

Symptoms

Failure Mode List disabled list value is not displaying in Affected Items


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Java Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/JavaClient/start.html
  2. Log into Agile PLM Java Client.
  3. Navigate to Admin->Settings->Data Settings->Lists.
  4. Open Failure Mode List for specific item type.
  5. Inactivate any Failure Mode list value.
  6. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
  7. Log into Agile Web Client.
  8. Open PSR object.
  9. Navigate to Affected Items tab.
  10. Check the specific Affected item for which Failure Mode attribute is having inactive list value.
  11. Failure Mode attribute is showing blank.
