ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Review status displays incorrect row no's for respective issue description.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. According to test case Row 5,6,7 has duplicate data and row 8 has incomplete data
2. Expected system should displays 5,6,7 rows as duplicate and Row 8 missing records.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download any blank S9T template for uploading data (In the case Create Markdown template was created)
2. Fill the data in the template with few correct rows and then add identical duplicate rows. Also add a next row with some missing data.
3. Upload the template in Upload pane after selecting the template type and template name.
4. Go to review status pane for checking the status of the upload. It fails to get uploaded and upon checking view issues the row number of for missing data line and duplicate data row is mentioned in correctly.
