Symptoms
1)
The following errors appear when submitting a report from the Oracle Clinical Forms Based application:
- 321300: Submit Failed
- FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the Reports server <reports_server_name>
2)
Reports Queue Manager URL displays the following error:
REP-51002: Bind to Reports Server <reports_server_name> failed.
3)
The following error appears in the rwserver_diagnostic.log file when starting up the Reports Server:
Multicast:init java.net.SocketException: Unrecognized Windows Sockets error: 0: no Inet4Address associated with interface
4)
The following were checked:
- rwserver.exe process is running in Task Manager
- Multicast is being used and appears to work (UDP is associated with port 14021)
