Goal

One user has installed Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 15.0.1 and Billing Care (BC) 15.0.1.

Connecting BC to BRM failed with error: "Sorry, the system is unable to load the resources details from BRM at this time. Contact your systems administrator if you are unable to resolve the problem. "
