Goal

Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) is encountering a com.tangosol.net.RequestTimeout exception while processing over 300 CDR files containing a total of 4500+ records.

One of the raw CDR file contains 94 records, out of which 93 were processed successfully and 1 record failed.

Due to the timeout exception, rating remains incomplete for one record in ecs1. Why this exception is coming ?
