Symptoms

Incorrect GSU Detected - During Split scenario with beat configured, Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) is ignoring previous rating periods and granting Grant Service Unit (GSU) based on last rating period.

Customer Expectation Proper GSU should be granted in case of split scenario.

Steps to reproduce:
1)Have a Charge rate plan with beat configuration
2)Pass usage and keep balances so that a split happens
2)check for granted units.
