Symptoms
Gather Stat batch working when submitted through Batch submission, but failing through Scheduler
1. Submitted the Billing Chain through scheduler
2. Job failed at Step12 , CM_GSBIP with error – “ORA-20001: Submission for C1-GATST ended prematurely (may have been cancelled). Aborting run”, with no instance created
3. Submitted C1-GATST through Batch job submission and batch completed without any errors
