BRM-15 | Federation Issue From BRM-12 ECE To BRM-15 ECE (Doc ID 3071608.1)

Goal

User is upgrading from Billing and Revenue management (BRM)12 Patchset4 Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) IP20 version to BRM 15 PS1 IP1 version and observed issues in opening query launcher.

Please find the steps followed. Looking for a no downtime strategy.
1. Isolated site-2 ECE.
  a.Set Site-2 as Failover
  b.Stopped federation from site-1 to site-2.
  c. Stopped DGW and HTTPGw.
2. Uninstalled BRM 12 PS4 ECE IP20 in Site-2
3. Truncated ECE Database.
4. Installed BRM 15 PS1 ECE IP1 in Site-2 ( Kept LoadFromPersistence=false )
  a. Observed ecs pods came up and state becomes Initial.
  b. Observed query launcher was opening.
5. Started federation from BRM 12 ECE Site-1 to BRM 15 ECE Site-2.
  a. Observed Federation was successful
  b. Able to see the data in Site-2 ECE DB.
  c. But query.sh was throwing some issue
