Goal

Child account was initially associated with a specific parent account. However, as of the following month, the child account needs to be reassigned to a different parent account. This change is necessary to reflect the updated account hierarchy and ensure accurate billing, To implement this transition, the parent account reference for the child account must be updated in the system, ensuring that all associated dependencies, including billing information and account relationships, are correctly modified.
